School News |
For the last few years on Valentine's Day, our students have raised both a laugh and considerable amounts of money for their chosen charities by performing Serenade-O-Grams to unwitting staff and students around the school.
We have photos of Geoff Worth, Chris Morgan (who sadly passed away in May 2018), Chloe Nash and the Refectory staff serenaded by groups of musicians bursting into song. The Serenade-O-Grams are perhaps more popular with the onlookers than the recipients - however, we trust that the teachers were entertained, despite the initial surprise!! Staff may well be pleased to be avoiding the embarassment this year but we do miss seeing our students and especially so when they are having such fun raising money for good causes!
