We were delighted that so many of the Class of 2023 were able to attend their first reunion after leaving Pate's - infact it was so busy we may need to look for a bigger venue when it comes round to the turn of the Class of 2024!
It was very enjoyable to hear what has filled these young people's lives since their Leaver's Day way back in May 2023; many have gone on to uni, with others pursuing employment, apprenticeships or a gap year. We look forward to receiving regular updates on what they are getting involved in and hope that some of them will be able to join us as speakers at Activities Fortnight in July or support the Careers Fair in November. The current students always enjoy speaking with recent leavers and often come away with a renewed sense of purpose and positivity - sometimes it's just what they need to take their next step.
If you are interested in supporting our current students by giving a talk about your Higher Education or career experience please do get in touch with us development@patesgs.org
