Phil Garner, Director, is a former Pate's Grammar School student and is a former head of two prestigious independent schools and he has taught in high schools in the USA. Since 2007 he has been working with students, parents, schools, teachers, sports coaches and counsellors to enable more than two hundred students to secure places at universities and colleges in North America that are a good 'fit' for the individual student. Many have secured significant academic and athletic scholarships & needs-based financial aid.  He is joined by Marcus and Rebecca who have over 40 years of high school, university and careers guidance experience between them working in a variety of educational environments. Within the independent school sector, Marcus and Rebecca have both been Heads of Sixth Forms, Heads of Careers and Higher Education Co-ordinators.
